The corporation was formed on 29 May 2025 as a Wyoming Corporation through Wyoming Attorney LLC. With a principle place of business as 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

Corporation ownership (percentages may change and need to be approved by the board)

• Deborah McLaughlin: 51% shareholder, President, and Treasurer

• Zachary McLaughlin: 20% shareholder and Secretary

• Mike McLaughlin: 10% shareholder, account owner, responsible party and Director

• Erin Anderson: 10% shareholder

• 9% of shares not allocated

Corporation officers:

• Deborah McLaughlin: President and Treasurer

• Zachary McLaughlin: Secretary

Cotton Candy Sheep Holdings (doing business as CCS Holdings) received a business EIN on 3 June 2025.

A form 2553 was submitted on 23 June 2025 to designate CCS Holdings as a S-Corp. Until approved, CCS Holdings will continue to be a C-Corp.

Remaining items to be accomplished:

• Conduct and document first corporation meeting. Minutes will be posted in this blog.

• Open a corporate bank account.

• Establish share subscription agreement(s)

• Approve ownership and share percent distribution

• Approve and sign the corporation bylaws
